OCC Background Check – Days 4&5

Continuing Background Check class. Now I’m moving on to some ideas for days 4 and 5. I’m going to show you what I created.

Die cutting always looks beautiful. Sometimes it is interesting to use the negative space as a panel with some watercoloring seen through it.

And next I tried to add color to my embossing paste and it worked well. It looks better in real life because you can see the embossed pattern.

I hope that the next day in class will bring more creative ideas on how to turn these backgrounds into cards.
