Birthday Card with Painted Flowers

This is my homework for the first lesson of the All About Layering class at Altenew Academy. I liked the ideas introduced by the tutor and used some of them on my card.

I used a different stamp set but made the same steps as shown in the class. The card turned out very clean, light and modern looking.

The sentiment says “Happy Birthday” in Russian. :) I used my label maker to press the letters on the black self-adhesive strip. I also added foam squares to raise the sentiment on the front panel.

Birthday card with Painted Flowers

I can’t wait for more lessons!
